Traversing along the lower edge of an I-beam, the JTPT-A Plain Trolley is versatile and applicable in environments such as factories, mines, wharves, docks, warehouses, construction sites, and machine rooms. Its primary function is the installation of machinery equipment and the lifting of goods.
Tailored for work environments without power, it prioritizes safety and simple maintenance, featuring a compact structure and a small package size. The wheel distance is easily adjustable, making it compatible with various types of I-beams. Boasting high transmission efficiency that requires minimal output, it can navigate with a small turning diameter. The hinge links the left and right side plates, ensuring equal force distribution.
It is crucial not to exceed the rated capacity of the hand trolley, and working or passing under a load is strictly prohibited to prevent accidents. Regularly applying grease to the bearings and rail surfaces is essential, simultaneously checking for any firmware looseness. If any anomalies arise, discontinue product use immediately, investigate the cause, and rectify it. Regular maintenance is necessary for optimal functionality.
